When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days and typically ship via trusted U.S. carriers. Once shipped, your order will arrive within 3–4 business days. Most customers receive their items within 6–10 days total.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with a live link to follow your package. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us at info@hpmclothing.com.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?

First, verify your tracking link and confirm the shipping address on your order. If there’s still no update, contact your local post office or check with neighbors. Still missing? Email us with your order number—we’ll help resolve it quickly.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Do you offer refunds?

Approved returns are refunded as store credit in the form of a digital gift card, unless otherwise stated. Refunds are processed once the return is received and inspected.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, you may return your item (if eligible) and use your store credit to purchase the correct size.

We recommend:

What if I received the wrong item or something is damaged?

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.
